These terms apply to your use of apexgroundstx.com and our text message program, Apex Lawn Alerts, both run by Apex Grounds TX LLC, doing business as Apex Grounds TX ("Apex," "we," "us"). By using either one, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
This website describes our grounds and turf management services in general terms. All service work is performed under a written proposal or service agreement that sets the scope, schedule, and price. Proposals are estimates until both parties accept them in writing. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Apex Lawn Alerts is a text message program from Apex Grounds TX LLC (Apex Grounds TX). It sends seasonal lawn and landscape alerts and tips for North Texas homeowners, and replies to questions and photos you send us. If you reply YES to an alert, we will contact you about your request. Messages are recurring and sent using automated technology.
Our seasonal alerts, website content, and replies to your texts, including replies drafted by our automated assistant, are general guidance only. Lawns and landscapes vary with soil, irrigation, shade, weather, and community rules, and we cannot fully assess your property from a message or photo. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our guidance. Always follow product labels, local watering restrictions, and your community's rules. We do not guarantee any particular result.
When you send us a photo or message, you confirm you have the right to send it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to keep business records, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your photos without your written permission. Please do not send anything unlawful or offensive, or anything that shows another person's private information.
You may use this website for personal and business purposes related to our services. Please do not misuse it, including by sending spam through our forms, trying to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to use, or interfering with how the site works.
