How Apex Grounds TX collects, uses, and protects your information, including information from our Apex Lawn Alerts text program.

Who we are

Apex Grounds TX LLC, doing business as Apex Grounds TX ("Apex," "we," "us"), is a grounds and turf management company serving communities in North Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our text message program (Apex Lawn Alerts), and our services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, community name, street address, and anything you write in a form, email, or text message.
Text message information: your mobile number, the keyword you signed up with, your opt-in and opt-out dates, the messages you send us, and our replies.
Photos: if you text us a photo of your lawn or landscape, we receive and store that image.
Service records: for customers, records of the work we perform, including dates, photos, and notes.
Basic website data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To send the seasonal lawn and landscape alerts you signed up for.
To answer your questions and review photos you send us.
To contact you when you ask us to, for example when you reply YES or request a proposal.
To schedule, perform, document, and bill for services.
To keep records required by law and to improve our service.

Photos you send

Photos are used only to answer your request. They are stored in Apex's business records and are not published, sold, or used in marketing without your written permission.

Automated responses

Some replies to your text messages are drafted by an automated assistant using the information and photos you send. These replies give general guidance only. Our automated assistant and the third-party service providers that run it process your messages solely to provide this service to you.

How we share information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our text messaging, email, form processing, hosting, scheduling, payment, and cloud storage providers, and only as needed to provide our services to you. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep text program records while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to honor opt-outs and meet legal requirements. Customer service records are kept for the length of the service relationship and as required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
Apex Lawn Alerts message frequency varies, up to 6 msgs/mo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help.
Email info@apexgroundstx.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on the accounts that store it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
